A NEW LIFE is emerging
The TELLES building represents another step within the exceptional ecosystem that is 1965 Cidade Jardim.
The building’s architecture combines concrete and wood façades with large landscaped balconies, extending the interiors outdoors and highlighting the harmony between natural materials and contemporary construction.
Integrated into the landscape design of the urban park, the building combines sophistication with a close connection to greenery. Inside, private amenities — such as the swimming pool, coworking space, leisure areas and social spaces — extend the sense of well-being into everyday life. At the neighbourhood level, gardens and pedestrian paths, alongside a gym, restaurants, supermarket and convenience retail, bring together services, nature and moments of connection.
